1 pound 90% lean ground beef 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano (no salt added) 1 (16-ounce) package frozen stew vegetables 1 cup water 1 cube reduced-sodium beef bouillon 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Coat a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add beef, tomatoes, stew vegetables, water, bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir, cover, and cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours.
