Summer BBQ 7 Bean Bake
1 pound bacon, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 1 large yellow bell pepper, chopped 1 large red bell pepper, chopped 6 cloves garlic, minced 2 15 ounce cans pork and beans 16 ounce can butter beans, rinsed and drained 16 ounce can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 15 1/2 ounce can navy beans, rinsed and drained 15 ounce can Northern beans, rinsed and drained 15 ounce can pinto beans, rinsed and drained 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 18 ounce bottles barbecue sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon & drain on paper towels. Saute onion, bell peppers, & garlic in bacon drippings until vegetables are tender. Pour into a large casserole dish. Add beans, pepper and cooked bacon. Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar & vinegar. Bake, covered, 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until heated through.
