Chicken and Green Noodle Casserole (8)
1 whole chicken or 10 chicken breast halves 1/2 pkg. green noodles 2 cans mushroom soup 1 c. reserved broth 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cut in chunks 1 c. chopped onions 1 c. chopped green bell pepper 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. stuffed olives, sliced
Boil chicken in water to cover, reserving broth. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Heat 1 can soup, reserved broth and Velveeta in a large pan. Add remaining and second can of soup. Mix well.
