Cider Glazed Ham
4-5 pound fully cooked ham, boneless, cured
1 c. apple cider
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. country style Dijon mustard
1/4 c. honey
1/2 t. liquid smoke
Apple slices
Heat oven to 350. Place ham in 13x9 baking dish. Pour apple cider over
ham. In medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients except apple
slices. Spoon sauce over entire ham. Bake, basting every 15-minutes with
pan juices for 60-70 minutes or until heat through. Serve carved ham with
pan juices; garnish with apple slices.
