4 Beans & Pasta Soup
6 cups beef broth 15 ounce can red kidney beans, undrained 16 ounce can cannellini beans, undrained 26 ounce jar spaghetti sauce 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed 9 ounce package frozen green beans, thawed 1 small onion, chopped 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon pepper 16 ounce can garbanzo beans, undrained 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni Parmesan cheese, for garnish
In a soup pot, combine all ingredients except macaroni & parmesan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes, or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Top each bowl with Parmesan cheese.
